Established in 1988, Morlic Engineering has been a site and utilities contractor involved in a variety of complex private and public construction projects including apartment buildings, schools and street rehabilitations.

As president, J. Orlando Mora is responsible for overseeing construction of an average yearly value of $7,000,000.00. Mr. Mora brings over 40 years of experience as a civil engineer and construction manager. He oversees each project from site planning, budgeting to turnover, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and timeliness.

As vice-president and owner, Nora A. Mora is involved in various aspects of administration, including accounting, human resources and finance.

Morlic Engineering has grown through repeat and referral business achieved by our service excellence, integrity, honesty and fairness in our professional relationships with our clients, suppliers, subcontractors, business associates and employees. Our customer base is composed of general contractors, cities and municipalities. Many of our business relationships have existed for over two decades.

Morlic Engineering is a minority owned and operated company and we are certified by a number of local government agencies. We are licensed to do business in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. We have participated as prime contractor as well as the minority subcontractor in numerous school and government projects.
